  Not an ale drinker? No Problem! Try our crisp, refreshing, and invigorating Timberline Lager. In 1885 a brewery was founded here in Aspen, also called Aspen Brewery. They were presumably a lager brewery, judging by the cellaring and icehouse operations that once stood on the banks of Hunter Creek. Aspen Brewery’s Lager from 1885-1902 was known to be some of the finest lager in the Western U.S. We hope to reincarnate Aspen’s old, delicious lager in the form of our Timberline Lager. Timberline Lager’s clean characteristics mean that nearly every food group is complimented by the refreshing, palate-cleansing taste of Timberline. From sushi to BBQ, cheese to chocolate, Timberline accentuates any delicious meal. |
